Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We have three different fulfillment warehouse in the United States, UK, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 2-4 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order form our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products. Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 4-25 days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option. Australia and New Zealand located customer get delivery expected in 9-13 days. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

A. We processes all orders in AUD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
